Saruman being good and Grima working for him doesn't make sense. In the books Saruman started breeding his army of orcs in TA 2990 and swore his allegiance to Sauron sometime between then and TA 3000. And he hired Grima to be his mole in Théoden's court in TA 3014. However this campaign takes place in TA 3003, meaning that Saruman has already sworn allegiance to Sauron and has an army of uruk-hai tweens, whilst Grima is not yet in his employ.
